Terribly ran business! This dealership is terrible to work with. I leased a car from here 3 years ago. They screwed me with the price. On top of that, they never contacted me once after I leased the car. Now that the lease is almost up, they keep harassing me to lease another car with them. Even after telling them to stop contacting me MULTIPLE time, they will not stop. No wonder they have only a 2.5 star rating on Yelp. More

Make sure you look for the right sales I recently purchased a C-class there. Sales manager Andy Mou offered me great price and provided exceptional service. Andy (Mou) made the entire car-buying process as pleasant as possible. Even before my arrival at the dealership, Andy was very helpful and reached out, without overdoing it. Upon arrival at the dealership, he was quick to get us settled and immediately showed me to the cars that I was interested in. After picking out my top choice, we came back inside the dealership and worked on the numbers and proceeded with the purchase. Experiences and impressions such as those that Andy provided to us, along with brand loyalty, are key in ensuring that customers come back time and again for future purchases. Andy was knowledgeable and patient, and on top of that, I didn't feel pressured that day. The whole process was unlike any other car-buying experiences I've had in the past. I am beyond glad that I came to Mercedes-Benz of Catonsville and for Andy's help. Ty (Hammonds) made the entire 'financial' portion of the process as painless as possible! Patient, understanding, and helpful, Ty provided above par service in ensuring that I get the best rates possible. Overall, this has been the best car buying experience I've had! On June 1, 2013, I purchased a Lexus fora little less than 30k . That day a friend pointed out that there may be some problem with my car door after the sales man repeatly open and closed it to mk the than 30k . We noticed after the dealer cleaned the car there was water and fog in the head lights. Nigul wrote me a service order. I took the car hm a couple days later my dash read oil maintenance soon. I called my SP he called me back nearly 2 weeks later. Couple days later my 13yr old son and i were pulled over by police, I was asked was my car stolen., and my license plates do not match the car. In fairness to this dealership, my salesperson and In fairness to this dealership, my salesperson and finance person were great. My complaint is the way my trade was handled. I was told my trade was " In fairness to this dealership, my salesperson and finance person were great. My complaint is the way my trade was handled. I was told my trade was "unsellable" on their lot and would have to be wholesaled, hence the low price. I traded it on a Thursday. Imagine my dismay when I saw it on their website on Sunday and the retailed it out on Tuesday at a $3000 premium over what they gave me. Not bad for an "unsellable" truck. I have worked at many different levels at car dealerships including sales. I have purchased over 40 cars in 27 years , know many people in the business - including people who work at their sister stores- and have never heard or had this happen before. How about giving me some of that "unsellable" money back? More

I had an absolutely great experience purchasing my New 2013 Mercedes Benz GLK 350 4Matic from Mercedes Benz of Catonsville. My Sales Consultant Andy, was the best. He listened to me to determine my wants 2013 Mercedes Benz GLK 350 4Matic from Mercedes Benz of Catonsville. My Sales Consultant Andy, was the best. He listened to me to determine my wants and my needs. He was not pushy but was very diligent in earning my business. This Dealership beat every other MB dealership's deal and I am so glad I chose them over the other Dealers. The Sales Manager Brian Harrigan was also eager to earn my business and was very transparent regarding Profit, Interest Rates and Products. This in itself made them well deserving of my business. In addition, when it was time to sign for my car, the Finance Manager did not try to sell me additional products that I did not need. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience and if I know anyone looking for a Mercedes Benz, I will definitely refer them to this Dealer. More

I purchased a 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK 350 as a surprise for my wife for our 30th anniversary. Throughout the entire process Andy and the rest of the dealership staff were great. It took me several weeks for my wife for our 30th anniversary. Throughout the entire process Andy and the rest of the dealership staff were great. It took me several weeks and visits to the dealership to make my final decision and I never felt pressured. Andy helped me select the options and packages to give me the exact car that I wanted, and then searched for the vehicle, finally locating it in Massachusetts, and had it delivered to the dealer in a day. Andy and the rest of the staff even went out of their way to help me surprise my wife on our anniversary by prepping and positioning the car right in front of the front door of the dealership. Overall, it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

I was looking at other cars, and to be honest with you, I was not ready to buy a car. Andy did a great job on convincing me to buy now and he helped me to get a price I was satisfied with. I went into the dealership hoping to walk out with a new Smart Car but didn't expect it to happen. I wasn't as prepared with insurance information as I should have been and the sales representative was incr Smart Car but didn't expect it to happen. I wasn't as prepared with insurance information as I should have been and the sales representative was incredibly patient with me throughout everything. My car was at a point of no return. The sales representative didn't want me leaving with as unsafe of a car that I had. After several hours of work, I drove off the lot with a new Fourtwo Smart Car! The experience at the dealership was amazing. Everyone was incredibly friendly and excited to work with me. Thank you to the dealers. More
