We purchased a used GX 460 in December, drove 3 states to get it. Not two months later the entire navigation system has gone out. Completely black screen. Can't adjust fan speed, can't listen to the radio, etc. We've taken it into our local Lexus dealership for diagnosis and they want over 2k to fix it. Big mistake thinking this dealership would provide us peace of mind in such a large and important purchase. I Wouldn't recommend purchasing from this dealership or Lexus in general. Reached out to the dealership, they VERY QUICKLY refused to do anything about it. We've spoken to Lexus corporate and they want to offer us some pennies to go toward the cost of repair. Not what we expected from an "award winning" Lexus dealership or from this brand. More
