BHF staff went above and beyond. Everyone I came in contact with was awesome, even from the time I walked in the door. Lucas was amazing to deal with. I do live a little ways away from the dealership so we did pretty much everything through the phone. When I got there, everything was spot on with the paperwork and I was in and out within an hour. I also traded in a heavily modified vehicle, which they gave me a very fair offer on it. The only little hiccup was there was a small issue with the truck and they had it sorted out within 48 hours. I've been a long time Toyota/Lexus customer, this was my first Ford purchase, I will only be going to BHF in the future. Thanks for everything and enjoying my (new to me) Ford Raptor its fullest! More
