The service guys were fine. It was a recall appointment. My reason for the single star is that (and this is my own fault as well, as I NEVER allow the dealer to do ANYTHING I ca It was a recall appointment. My reason for the single star is that (and this is my own fault as well, as I NEVER allow the dealer to do ANYTHING I can, for this very reason). They told me my Engine Air filter was very dirty, so I went ahead and gave permission to change it (like a 5 minute job and a $23 filter). I know the price because I looked up the EXACT filter at Autozone. THey charged me $97 to change an air filter! This is a $23 dollar filter and a 5 minutes job. HOW this correlates to a $59 charge for the air filter and $30 in labor beats me. BUT, as I said, this is just as much my fault because I know better and I did not ask how much it would be. This mistake WON'T EVER happen again. More

Salesman was good. But spending 85k on a truck and pay for undercoat and they sprayed over the salt that was on the truck from test drives. Took back to have fixed. Was told it was ready and they did nothing. So had to have someone drive me back and fourth multiple times for nothing. Still not fixed. Had to wash the undercoating off (literally falls off with pressure washer since they sprayed over salt) myself and spent $160 on fluid film to it myself. More

I made an online appointment, upon arrival staff asked why I was there and what was needed. Being aware of scheduled appointments would go along way. Service was scheduled for 9 AM. Did not hear from a why I was there and what was needed. Being aware of scheduled appointments would go along way. Service was scheduled for 9 AM. Did not hear from anyone by 3:30 PM; called the dealership, and it had just been taken in for service 15 minutes prior. Stated it would be done by 4:00 PM. Arrived at 4:00 PM, and service was just completed, but the paperwork was not completed. Waited until 4:15 PM to receive my vehicle. Upon receiving my paperwork from the service department, I was not informed of what was done or whether anything was found wrong. Overall was not impressed with the GMC side of things. More
