Poor communication between service rep and costumer. After dropping vehicle off the day before an 8am appointment had to call end of first day only to find out they didn’t get it in the shop yet. Service rep said would keep it another day and keep me updated. Had to call end of second day only to find out he had taken the day off to golf and never passed my info to others. Second time this has happened. I won’t be going back. More

Such an amazing place! Their attention to detail and care is exceptional. We had moved out of the area for a while and were forced to go elsewhere for our car needs and it Their attention to detail and care is exceptional. We had moved out of the area for a while and were forced to go elsewhere for our car needs and it was always such a headache. We have since moved back and are so thankful that we can again go to Matthews for anything car related. Wouldn’t buy or service a car anywhere else. Highly recommend! More
