Very disappointed in service here. I've taken my truck there twice for oil change/tire rotation. I dropped the truck off at 630 am to pick up at 330pm. The first time the service wa I've taken my truck there twice for oil change/tire rotation. I dropped the truck off at 630 am to pick up at 330pm. The first time the service wasn't completed until 530pm so i sat in waiting room for 2 hrs. The second time it wasn't ready till 4 pm. Even more frustrated when i realized after getting home they had time to remove my lisence plate holder with the selling dealers name on it without asking. It had to go back for warranty work(door sensor) and again dropped off at 630 am. The truck this time would not be ready at all that night after being told when scheduling it would be a quick fix. They did provide me with a loaner after I voiced my frustrations. Very poor communication, would have been bummed to have to make new arrangements but would not have been so fruatred if they just called and said we dont have time today and need to reschedule. After speaking with others who have experienced similar issues here I will be taking my business elsewhere for service and purchasing any future new vehicles. More

Our backup camera went on went on our 2024 GMC Canyon, so we brought it for warranty work. We also got an oil change. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They replaced the camera and did our oil change w we brought it for warranty work. We also got an oil change. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They replaced the camera and did our oil change within a few hours! The service was excellent, and we love our new camera! More
