Working with Ian and Rice Toyota was great. I've dealt with a few dealerships in my life, but I have to say this was the most pleasant interaction from beginning to end. At no point did I feel like just a with a few dealerships in my life, but I have to say this was the most pleasant interaction from beginning to end. At no point did I feel like just another number or that they were just trying to push people through. Even those who weren't working with me smiled (with their eyes-masks on) or said hi when walking by. There was a nice lady who kept checking on me and offering me a drink even though I kept turning her down. Ian was great throughout. He explained everything about the process to me. He introduced me to each person I interacted with and made sure I was good before he walked away. And at the end he filled up my car and showed me how every thing worked in my new car without me having to ask.
