He answered every question and clearly knew his stuff. He was accommodating when we didn't have a clue what we wanted when we started looking and seemed more than happy to show us all of our options. It was wonderful to work with someone so positive and who clearly enjoys his job. The finance manager that we worked with, please forgive me, I can't remember his name, was equally pleasant to work with. He explained every option and went over each aspect in great detail, but without causing any confusion. If you are looking to buy a car I would highly recommend Rice Toyota, and definitely ask for Ian. More
