From researching inventory on their website to driving my purchase off the lot, they are focused on doing everything right. None of the games other dealers play. No pressure at any point. Justin was informative, well spoken, and good humored, willing to show me as many cars as it took to make my decision. John was very efficient during the financing portion. He's a smart, no nonsense guy who is sure to cover all the bases and worked hard to get me a great deal. Andy thanked me several times before I left. They have made a huge investment in technology to speed the signing of paperwork, which actually results in NONE! All signed documents are stored on a thumb drive. No bulky folders or envelopes. I even left with a customized tin of cookies. Class all the way. Thanks everyone, I love my new Tundra and will definitely be back! More
