He then forwards me to Andy Tran, I'm not sure if it because he knew I'm Vietnamese or not so he chooses Andy to help me. But it was an awesome experience compare to Gilman Honda (seem like they don't care about the customer at all). I know that it hard to negotiate a deal on a new car since they put MSRP really close to the good price. Then I focus on getting the best deal for my trade in. Andy did an awesome job on this, help me talk with his manager to give me the deal I couldn't resist, that's why instead of just go shopping at the different dealer like I was intended to do, I go ahead and took this deal and trade in my car same day. If you need a new car and want a Honda, come and talk to Andy Tran, He will help you out. More

When I told him about price quotes from other dealerships I was working with, he explained to me to be very skeptical about their pricing, especially since it was so much lower than the quotes I received from Mr. Tran. All of it turned out to be true, as the other dealers were not responding to my request for more information unless I came on to their lot. At Russell and Smith Honda, and especially Mr. Tran, they were always very quick in my response for more information and answer my questions very professionally. When it came time to actually pull the trigger on purchasing the vehicle, everything that was presented beforehand, stayed the same when my wife and I were on the lot. Mr. Tran worked very hard to get the price I wanted with the financing terms I wanted (financing credit goes to the finance department but the name of the person we worked with escapes me right now). The whole process took as long as I expected. If I was able to, I would have purchased 2 vehicles that day, but settled just for purchasing for my wife. I look forward to working with Mr. Tran again. More

Even I found that I couldn't afford the new cars, Andy quickly gave me a certified one that I could afford. Their effort and honesty were impressive. Andy was very responsive and seemed eager to earn our business. We went into Russell and Smith already having taken quotes from other dealerships for a new Honda Civic. We were assisted mainly by Ari and Andy and they were willing to match the lowest quote I had from other dealerships as well. We don't like bargaining so the quick quote match was quite helpful. Jordan in accounting assisted us with the financing details and paperwork and it was all mostly routine. No surprises. Overall, the experience was very positive for both me and my spouse. More

New HR-V I have never owned a Honda vehicle or considered one until I contacted the dealership and spoke with Andy online. I met Andy over a year ago to simply I have never owned a Honda vehicle or considered one until I contacted the dealership and spoke with Andy online. I met Andy over a year ago to simply test drive an Accord. I wasn't ready to purchase yet and Andy never pressured me to buy any car. A year later I contacted different dealerships to test drive cars when I remembered my experience with Andy and decided to stop by for a second time. I test drove the CR-V thinking it was what I wanted and it wasn't what I imagined. Andy listened to my basic requirements and suggested I try the HR-V. I fell in love with that car. Not once did he try to upgrade me to the next model or sell me something I didn't want. Andy listens and really cares about his customers. He made an amazing offer with me and even bought me dinner when I told him I am starving and can't think on an empty stomach. Hondas are great cars. The experience of shopping for a car can be stressful and Andy worked with me. He is a great salesperson. He even sat with me to show the car features after I bought the car, which I appreciated. I would recommend Andy to anyone who wants someone who is honest, listens, and cares about making his customers happy. More
