Last Saturday, March 8, 2025, I brought my 2024 Grand Highlander in for its annual safety/emission inspection at Advantage Toyota Service Center, located at 400 W Sunrise Highway, Valley Stream, NY 11581 Highlander in for its annual safety/emission inspection at Advantage Toyota Service Center, located at 400 W Sunrise Highway, Valley Stream, NY 11581, for the first time. From the moment I arrived, the service manager/advisor, Mr. Andy Zollinger (Andy), greeted me warmly and promptly attended to my needs. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident from the start. The atmosphere was professional and exuded expertise. Additionally, I asked Andy to check for a potential factory defect with the front lower bumper strip, and he followed up with an answer before leaving. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Andy, and I look forward to continuing to entrust my car’s maintenance needs to his capable hands for the next 20,000 miles of service and beyond. My experience with the service department met all stereotypes. Promising and not delivering, not letting me know car won’t be ready for another day to reset a radio and also telling me they will get stereotypes.
