When I bought my van at Advantage Toyota, the agreement was free NYS Annual Inspection at no charge for as long as I owned my van. Yesterday, when I picked up my van, they told me that Advantage Toyota wil was free NYS Annual Inspection at no charge for as long as I owned my van. Yesterday, when I picked up my van, they told me that Advantage Toyota will not honor that anymore, so I was charge $37.00. I'm very dissappointed with Advantage Toyota! I purchased several cars at Advantage Toyota and will not buy anymore cars from this dealer! I had referred many friends and relatives to this dealer, but not anymore! If there was a no "Star" rating logo, I would have chose that! Very, very dissappointed !!!! More

My car was done in decent time. My advisor contacted me appropriately and I picked up my car. But I had to come back 2 days later because they didn't put a new sticker on my windshield.
