My car would not start and after the road side assistance technician gave me a boost I took the car to Toyota and they were able t Advantage Toyota. Organized and clean I only waited 10-15 minutes to drop off my car (due to current pandemic crisis) and was clearly told that service times would be delayed. Within 3 ho I only waited 10-15 minutes to drop off my car (due to current pandemic crisis) and was clearly told that service times would be delayed. Within 3 hours car was ready for pick-up. Not good The service technician was dismissive and uncaring because I had purchased a used Honda not a Toyota.. I did not have the extended warranty nor did he The service technician was dismissive and uncaring because I had purchased a used Honda not a Toyota.. I did not have the extended warranty nor did he offer it again. I subsequently had a major repair done on the car. Although as promised on purchase unlimited car washes. They did not wash the car. This is not a major issue, just saying, They changed my oil without incident. FYI I subsequently found out through inspection by my mechanic that the car was in a major accident prior to my purchase. This was not apparent on the CARFAX given to me by the salesman and may have contributed to the very low mileage at the time of purchase. More
