Very good Tony Oliveri was honest and very helpful in obtaining the vehicle and deal I wanted. He Did a lot of work to ensure I was satisfied and got me the rig Tony Oliveri was honest and very helpful in obtaining the vehicle and deal I wanted. He Did a lot of work to ensure I was satisfied and got me the right deal. He was positive from the beginning. My dashboard is scratched and he is presently working on a redo to try and get them out. Rudeness is not good business practice. ZERO STARS It took a year and a call to Toyota Corporate for them to even service the warranty repair on my car. Offered additional service to the tune of $1000+ It took a year and a call to Toyota Corporate for them to even service the warranty repair on my car. Offered additional service to the tune of $1000+ that I wish I never agreed to, because they caused another $1600 worth of repairs. Of course, they aren't taking responsibility for it, but it's related to the original "repair" work. Their phones never work. Although, I've seen Andy drop customer calls into his already-full voicemail. I ONLY get a call back if I call Toyota corporate, and even they tell me it's up to the independently owned dealer to fix a problem they caused. It's been 2 weeks and no response other than "we'll fix it... For $1600". Rude, dismissive, fleecing tricksters. More

Erinson Duran was also great. He got our paperwork together quickly making it possible to take the car home the same day. I would definitely recommend Advantage Toyota of Valley Stream to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. I purchased a used Toyota for my daughter last year and brought it in for service and found the service staff great, as a matter of fact that was the reason we chose Toyota when discussing purchasing a new car. You won't get a better car or deal any where else with such fantastic service. More
