Having the Takata airbag recall performed. Andrew was very helpful getting two of our cars scheduled quickly & conveniently when I called. Both cars needed recall work done - airbag for one, a Andrew was very helpful getting two of our cars scheduled quickly & conveniently when I called. Both cars needed recall work done - airbag for one, and airbag plus sliding door on our Sienna. My only complaint is for corporate: I realize there are a tremendous number of cars that need repair due to the Takata problem but not having any loaners available for recall repair is extremely inconvenient.
