I very much love Annette, our sales person. Service was very prompt. I don't like that they kept saying it wasn't time for oil change. First of all, our car manual calls for 0W16 and when we to Service was very prompt. I don't like that they kept saying it wasn't time for oil change. First of all, our car manual calls for 0W16 and when we took it the first time, at 925 miles, they put in something else...said they didn't have it. This time, with 4100 miles on the car, I made sure that they had it and put it in it. We have had the car almost a year and don't drive it too much. We choose when to have the oil changed. More
