Paid for diagnostic on a cracking sound that was brought up by my service advisor. They said the sound was coming from my control arm and front axle paid over $1000 bucks n parts and labor also spent an ext up by my service advisor. I get my oil changed and have experienced numerous lack of care by the techs. From losing the battery terminal covers, small dents, and oil hand prints in the hood and fenders.
