I was told my vehicle would be completed within two days, but it's was there nearly a week. I completely understand that issues happen, parts may not be in stock, technicians has family issues, but I was not but it's was there nearly a week. I completely understand that issues happen, parts may not be in stock, technicians has family issues, but I was not kept in the loop about what was going on with my car. I called multiple times and just kept getting voicemail. I had to call the office to have him paged on one occasion. My mother also called on one occasion and spoke to the office about the poor communication we were receiving. More
