Angel was helpful getting my car in, but my car was there from Thursday to Tuesday before it was even looked at. I had to call several times to find out status updates. Once I was finally able to speak with from Thursday to Tuesday before it was even looked at. I had to call several times to find out status updates. Once I was finally able to speak with Angel he was knowledgeable but again after the initial estimate I never talked to him again. Upon checking out I was handed keys and the receipt and no one explained anything that happened on my car. Pretty unprofessional for a dealership service department. More

I’ve been going to Chase for a while now and the customer service is amazing! Kyle is truly a Godsend- back in August, my car wasn’t starting because of a battery issue. I came into Chevy pretty late in the service is amazing! Kyle is truly a Godsend- back in August, my car wasn’t starting because of a battery issue. I came into Chevy pretty late in the day & although they were really busy & also short staffed, Kyle made it a point to actually do the work on my vehicle himself just to make sure I was able to get my kid to school the next day. I will never forget that. The staff there is great! They are all so friendly and I plan to continue to bring my vehicle there whenever it needs service. Thank you all! More
