Alonzo was very polite and attentive to my questions and concerns. He was very patient while waiting for me to decide. We are disappointed in our experience-after signing paperwork it took 9 days to fix the broken air conditioning. Lack of communication & poor customer service. Promised gas vouchers for our trouble and paperwork it took 9 days to fix the broken air conditioning. Lack of communication & poor customer service. Promised gas vouchers for our trouble and since my husband dint write down 1 or the 4 managers he spoke to last week they refuse to honor it. Drive home after we finally get the vehicle & it’s shaking like crazy on the highway due to clearly needing a tire rotation & balance. This seems basic but just like the customer service lack of attention & not following their motto. Scheduled to get the tires taken care of at no cost as one positive. Not much can make up for how we have been treated though. Top of the list as one of the worker car buying experiences in my life! More
