Pleasant waiting area with snacks makes waiting for service a pleasure. Like how they explain service and send timely reminders. Add extra touches like wheel shining to the car wash. Like the friendly sales staff that take the time for a quick chat to let you know what’s new that’s in. Extra, extra, extra.
