Great customer service from start to finish! My family and I have owned and leased a Hyundai from Fairfax Hyundai quite a number of times in the past 12 years so I was ready to try other vehicles My family and I have owned and leased a Hyundai from Fairfax Hyundai quite a number of times in the past 12 years so I was ready to try other vehicles that I like. My hubby and I stopped by Ted Britt Sterling for the first time on a Friday night. We were on a budget to find a replacement vehicle for me and with the short-time I’ve done research for, Chevy Trax is one of my top choices, which they happen to have one of the last 2016 models… We are happy to have Kristina V. as our sales person. She was really nice from start to finish and with the approval of her manager, Angel, we got a good deal on it, even got to take it home overnight to sleep on it (which we never experienced at FFX Hyundai). Went back and purchased it from them the next day, didn’t even bother checking out other dealerships like we originally planned. We are pleased with the overall experience. From Kristina to James in Finance who explained certain things in detail for us without us feeling rushed and to the service dept. for cleaning up the vehicle nicely before taking it home. I love my blue Trax though I’m still getting a hang of it. Thank you to the team at Ted Britt Chevrolet! --- Jaq More

He listened to our criteria and helped to locate the cars that would potentially fit our needs. He showed us all the features and was great about cooling each car down before our test drives due to the high temperature. He never pressured us and helped us to make our ultimate car choice. The leasing process was straight forward and he helped with the rebate process to ensure that we had a fair deal. We would highly recommend buying/leasing a vehicle from Ted Britt Chevy in Sterling with that great customer service! More

I knew I was in the need of a new car then also but I really don't like dea My boyfriend purchase his camero from Ted Brit Chevy back in October 2015. I knew I was in the need of a new car then also but I really don't like dealing with dealerships, so I had been putting it off. I started looking online at diffrent cars and feel in love with the 2016 Chevy Cruze. It had everything I was looking for even down to the color I like. Being from Virginia Beach I figured I would check the car out down here. Well I emailed a few dealerships and right away I started getting pressured to come in and at the time all I wanted was some information. Which they never did answer my questions. Then Eric( my boyfriend) started in raving about Ted Britt and his salesman Anthony. Telling me there was no pressure there. After a few weeks of hearing this I said ok I would check them out. Started out online seeing they had the excat thing I wanted. So I was up in Sterling Va for the weekend and we went and stopped in. We met Anthony and I do have to say I was impressed with him right away. He didn't treat me as a women that didn't know anything about cars like most men do. I had done my homework on this model. Anthony listened to what I was wanting. He went out on the lot and pulled excatly the car I was explaining to him. While looking over the car he got it ready for a test drive. After getting back from the test drive while still looking at the car Angel came out introduced himself and was very friendly not like most sales managers. Most just sit there and let there salesman do all the interacation with the customers but not Angel. He was talking with us and joking around like a person and not someone that was trying to sell a car. Well I decieded on the car. This is where I met Jim in finance. My credit isn't the best due to poor judgement and a divorce a few year back, Jim worked his magic trying to get me financed, Well no one would touch me. Then Anthony Angel and Jim came and said I might want to try my credit union that I was a member of. Well they definitely know their stuff because I got a check from the credit union came back with a check and it was a done deal. I can't Thank these three guys enough for making it a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you to theses 3 guys again. More

Excellent first car buying experience! As a recent college graduate, I had been searching for a new car for awhile but didn't bite the bullet until I came across the perfect car on Ted Brit As a recent college graduate, I had been searching for a new car for awhile but didn't bite the bullet until I came across the perfect car on Ted Britt's website. I went for a test drive and was immediately greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Angie allowed me to take the car home for a 24 hour test drive. When I went back to purchase the car the next day, I could not have asked for a smoother process. The team went the extra mile to negotiate the price so that I would feel comfortable. I walked out of the office within 2 hours with keys in hand and a huge smile on my face. Mas even went the extra mile and brought out a big red bow to put on the car. Definitely go see Mas and his team at Ted Britt, you won't be disappointed! More

Mas Hill was wonderful!! Mas helped me feel comfortable buying my first SUV, and buying a car the first time by myself. He was patient and clear and very friendly. Worst buying experience ever! I contacted salesperson (Hook) last month as I wanted to stop in to see a specific Chev LTZ vehicle I found on their website. I had reviewed internet I contacted salesperson (Hook) last month as I wanted to stop in to see a specific Chev LTZ vehicle I found on their website. I had reviewed internet listing and price offers of other dealers in area for same exact car. They said I had to come in to receive their best competitive price - Right....... Traveled over one hour to get there to take test drive. Car was exactly what I wanted, but when I asked to get a price, the Sale's Manager (Angel) said he would provide me with their best price only if I was willing to buy that day or leave a deposit. I told him, I could not as I wanted to bring my wife to see the car first. I said I would still like to have their best offer as I had pricing from other dealers. He told me to give him the other dealer prices and that they would probably change it when I went back. I felt it important Ted Britt give me their best offer without me sharing information I had gotten from other dealers. They begrudgingly made me and offer but made me wait for over an hour. During that time the salesman left me and went to dinner. I was finally confronted by Angel who told me it would cost me over $100/month more then Country and Manassas Chevrolet's offers I got over the phone and by going to their dealerships without any of the hassle or trying to make me stay at the dealership. I told Angel that there had to be something wrong with the price, but he retorted, "go speak to the Salesman and work it out with him". I left. Next day I went to Country Chevrolet as they had the exact car in stock and purchased the car. They lived up to everything we discussed and held the car for a week as sold until I could get my wife to see the car. From my stand point, Ted Britt provided me with one of the worst customer sale's experiences I have had in buying a new car. Being I lease/upgrade my car every 3 years, they are the one's that make buying a new car like going to the dentist - painful. PS - never got a follow up phone call from the salesperson as to why I left before he got back from dinner. More
