The Salesperson, Anthony Saunders was very laid back, not pushy and very accommodating. Angel, the Sales Mgr., made what I thought was an impossible numbers deal, happen. I did use my GM Card rebate points which had been rounded up by GM for this promotion as well as the standard rebate on the vehicle and the GM loyalty rebate for owning a 1999 or newer GM vehicle which all contributed to making this deal happen...without them, I would not have made the purchase as that accounted for $3250 of the price and let's face it, this car is a want not a need vehicle! Donald, the Finance Mgr, rocked! Very easy going and had a good time talking cars while processing my deal which went quick! Dealership could improve on being more competitive/aggressive on valuing trades and product knowledge. Overall, one of the best purchase experiences I've had. Hopefully, after the sale customer service is as good! More

Earlier bought 2 Saturns from Hook at Saturn of Fairfax (Chris Thomas there and now here also a great team player). Gave me a great deal on the Saturn trade in last year here at the Britt. He was now put on the look out for replacement for my Toyota, and Michele (on the internet team) called and told my daughter who answered that they found the car. My daughter told me near the end of the day and I called right away. Michele and Angel stayed in contact to get me there. I decided on the second school snow day this week that I was on my way there. I saw the car and said OK. "Don't you want to test drive it?" "Nope Hook, I'll take it" (these guys are great, I knew it's good-then Donald got a great loan, less than I requested per month. And when I drove it home, I knew I found a great deal and a great team, led by (an) Angel! More

Our sales consultant James Nystrom is a true professional, a pleasure to work with. We first communicated via email and phone and made an initial trip just for a test drive. James respected how we wanted to proceed with this and didn't pressure us to deal before we were ready. He and his manager Angel worked with us to meet the financial goals we had in mind for the transaction, we felt we received a fair deal that worked for us. Donald Kim was also great.... we already had an approved loan from our credit union that I didn't feel he could beat, but he did! So that also worked out well for us. Overall we are very happy with Ted Britt Chevrolet and will likely be visiting them in a few years when we are ready to replace our Chevy Malibu. More

Donald Kim rounded out our great experience during the finance part, he explained all of the warranties and helped us figure out the ones that would best suit our needs. I cannot recommend these gentlemen highly enough. More

They worked well together as a very formidable sales team. I like to do most of my research, negotiations via the internet. Throughout the negotiation, they were all very patient and helpful. No mater the deal from other dealerships, this Sales Team was able to beat all other deals. Always looking to save me money... I had a great finance rate through USAA, but Omar found me an even better rate. I encourage anyone looking to buy a Chevy to give these gentleman a chance. You will not be dissatisfied. More

Stay away from this dishonest dealership. I live just down the street from this dealer and really wanted to give them my business when I was shopping for my 2014 Silverado in November. They had a great selection of trucks with models and features that I wanted. However, in light of my recent experience I cannot recommed this dealer. It had nothing to do with the final price of the truck. Their business practices raised a lot of red flags for the following reasons: I went there with financing in place from my credit union. Also had my Costco and Credit Union supplier discount authorization numbers. According to the Costco auto program, they are supposed to show me the sheet for that particualar VIN and the Costco pricing. The Sales manager refused to show me the details. I also requested a breakdown of the discounts and rebates off the MSRP. Again they refused, trying to add back in the freight when it was already part of the MSRP. I had no choice regarding the spray in bed liner. The sales manager said that 90% of customers wanted it which is why they do it to 90% of their trucks. That dealer installed option is $800. Well, I could go down the street and get a Line-X spray on liner for $500 with a lifetime gaurantee. It is thicker and much better quality. Finally the deal breaker and their most dishonest act was the paperwork. All I needed was a Purchase Order to take to my credit Union to issue the check. Well they wanted me to sign their credit app stating that it was part of the Patriot Act. Thankfully I was aware of this scam. There is no such law that requires you to fill out this document. I was not applying for financing through the dealer. They wanted me to complete this doc so they can run my credit to multiple banks, well I'm not stupid. I don't want 7+ hard inquiries on my credit report when it's not needed. Two days later, I ended up purchasing a 2014 High Country from a competing dealer. Make sure you do your research!! More
