Buying used CR-V We looked into a Toyota and another Honda dealership, but we were not attracted to them by those experiences. We decided to look at another Honda dealership to look again at a 2016 CR-V that we found online. We met Angel Milanov and he was very gracious. He showed us the model we came to see, but we were not fully satisfied. Angel studied the inventory and found the CR-V model that we liked. The price was higher than we expected so we spent the night discussing our situation. We decided to go back and look into whether there were any better financial choices in the 2016 CR-V inventory at Roush Honda. We did look into another model, but in the end, we decided that the model that Angel chose for us was the best model. Seth Kaber walked us through the process of financing the car. We had kind and helpful service from everyone we met through the whole process of finding and buying the 2016 CR-V. We appreciate Angel's help and patience. We also appreciate Roush Honda's used car sales approach, as we valued having new tires on all the used cars we looked at as well as seeing the service report on each car and that the brakes were done. We've found the CR-V to meet our needs and we are pleased to drive it. More

Angel was busy (because he is awesome at what he does) and never made us feel like he had other customers because he juggled it like a pro! No pressure at all, he was happy to help us check out the Pilots on the lot and get the test drives going. He did not make us feel rushed or anything but very comfortable there at Roush.
