Angel and Tim were very patient, detailed, and helpful. Angel was very laid back and made sure he kept our budget in mind when looking at different vehicles. The entire process was calm and enjoyable. They also made it a point to ensure our toddler was entertained while we completed our transaction. Manual Honda Civic My son asked for some help in identifying a used Honda Civic with a manual transmission. I went on line and immediately identified a candidate car fi My son asked for some help in identifying a used Honda Civic with a manual transmission. I went on line and immediately identified a candidate car five year's old but with exceptionally low miles. I initially stopped at Rousch's used car lot on Schrock and Angel Milanov took time to identify where the car was and directed me to Rousch's Discount Car lot. Rousch Sales Representative, Doug Antle, promptly arranged a test drive and encouraged me to take my time in testing the car for my son's use. I liked the car, and arranged to come back in a couple hours with my son to allow him to test drive the car. He liked it and we arranged to come back the next day to finalize the deal. The car was presented washed and clean, and the sales paperwork was handled efficiently by the lot's manager (sorry, can't remember his name). All and all a very good experience; in working with Antle, I felt he had our interests at heart and was a real pleasure to work with!!! The only negative I would offer and I do this as constructive criticism, is that I requested the car be put on hold for the afternoon until my son could drive it. In my mind a very reasonable request. The dealership refused which didn't leave me with a good feeling, especially as someone who now has led purchase of three cars from Rousch (including two new cars) and had never had the slightest negative experience. But as indicated above, overall a very good experience! More
