Our sales person Angel Milanov was just so amazing, relatable and professional. Unlike some of the dealerships we visited before, he did not stereotypically assume that I had bad credit because I was a young black woman. Some of the dealerships were giving quotes using jacked up rates because they probably assumed my credit wouldn't be that good. This is not the energy that I got from Angel. Even after the purchase, he was available to answer all my questions via text and phone. He is simply amazing, and I'll strongly recommend him and Roush Honda to anyone who's on the market for a new vehicle. More

He answered all of my questions and never I contacted 6 different dealerships, but only Rouch (Angel Milanov) acted like I was a commodity to be won. He answered all of my questions and never transferred me to an administrative assistant as three other dealerships did. Though I purchased a used car, I was still a priority to Angel. It was obvious that other dealerships/salespeople determine your value as a customer based upon the price of the car you want to purchase. Angel did exactly the opposite. Good guy all around. Joked with me. Made my several hours at the dealership profitable and ever drove me over to a place for lunch. I am a creature of habit and will use him for my next car. More

Overall, it was good....once we all got on the same page. When I 1st went in to look at a car I was met at the door and then turned over to my sales person. I was a little bit disappointed when he was attempt When I 1st went in to look at a car I was met at the door and then turned over to my sales person. I was a little bit disappointed when he was attempting to help 3 other people at the same time period I saw other sales people sitting behind the counter, not busy and didn't understand why I had been a sign to one of them. However, the whole experience ended up being very good. Both the manager and my sales person were both very attentive and did everything they could to make the sale of my car a good experience. I would definitely recommend them in will return for service on my car. More
