Angel Pimentel was great and deserves a raise! The week prior I did not need an appointment but came in the following week to a new appointment system. I was told by someone whom I stopped that it would be at least 2.5 hrs for an oil change, and I needed breaks done, which would mean I would be there forever.
All praises to God for me Angel took over. I asked if it was better to come back the following day. He told me not worry and that he would get me out in a couple of hours. 1.5 hours later I was paying for my service and leaving. Thanks Angel!
