I purchased a 2017 750xi from Angel at Barrington BMW in Illinois, although I live in Florida. The experience was nothing less than exceptional. Angel is one of the most responsive client advisors I have Illinois, although I live in Florida. The experience was nothing less than exceptional. Angel is one of the most responsive client advisors I have ever worked with. Typically within minutes he would respond to any request or questions; text, email, phone call what ever you prefer. He went the extra mile and sent me a personalized video of the inside and outside of the car. Angel's professionalism definitely assisted with eliminating the worries of buying a used car out of state, un-driving and unseen. At Delivery there were very small issues in which Angel quickly addressed and vowed to work with me to get them fixed. Wow, what sales person at a dealership responds on Saturday night and on a Sunday night and within seconds; talk about going above and beyond and this is post closing of the sale. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a BMW you contact Angel. Whether in person or a thousand miles away you wont be disappointed. I went to Motorwerks not to buy a car but to look at cars I met Angel and we went over a CPO 2109 X4 i30 took for a test drive and with Angels enthusiasm and the fun I had with the car on the test drive I d I met Angel and we went over a CPO 2109 X4 i30 took for a test drive and with Angels enthusiasm and the fun I had with the car on the test drive I decided i was going to look into buying this car, well after we got the numbers on the car with zero pressure from anybody and actually never leaving Angels office and no one coming into the office to talk to me I bought a car actually had fun doing so, Angel made it so pleasant and fun the way it should be. angel has followed up since buying the car, and its still a pleasure to deal with him. i have to say the dealership is beautiful and the rest of the people there that i met have been great.
