Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your loyalty over the years — purchasing three vehicles with us truly means a lot. We’re very sorry to hear that your recent experiences have not reflected the level of attention and customer care you’ve come to expect from our dealership. Your comments are concerning, and we take them seriously. Providing attentive, respectful service is a priority for us, and it’s clear we fell short in your recent visit. This is not the experience we want any customer — especially a long-time one — to have. We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly, better understand what happened, and work toward restoring your confidence in us. If you’re open to it, please reach out to our management team so we can address your concerns and make things right. Thank you again for your honesty and for bringing this to our attention.
