Angel was great as a salesman. Finance was slow and a little cold in vibes - business deal without emotion -acceptable I guess. Did they deliver everything they promised? NO - I w Finance was slow and a little cold in vibes - business deal without emotion -acceptable I guess. Did they deliver everything they promised? NO - I was never contacted or sent the metal license plate and registration which resulted in the loss of my Driver's license, & my insurance has been dropped from preferred carrier and increased with higher premium. When I reached out to The Sales manager - I received uncaring and jerk-like responses - the person I spoke to should be reprimanded. Lyndsey in the Office was a bright spot for her compassion for all of the damage this dealership has inflicted on myself and my family. Hardships resulted from buying a car from this dealer. People are what make an organization good - the owners are lucky as heck to have Angel & Lyndsey because the people in management are questionable in character. BEWARE if you have anything that needs to be resolved after the sale - because you may get a hollow apology or maybe pushback and disrespect from the boss on duty. I only wish I could recall that jerk's name. He knows who he is. I bought a used Maserati from a Mitsubishi dealer - I typically do not do business with Pacifica Rim(Asian) car brands - I prefer European and American cars and will never visit North Orlando Mitsubishi ever again... not that the sales or finance guy would care at all about me or my outcome after the sale. Thank you Lyndsey & Angel. NO Thank you's to the managements that mistreated me. More
