I had an overall good experience but I didn’t appreciate the sales manager eavesdropping on my wife and I’s conversation via the intercom on the salesman’s desk. Located the truck online, I live about 3 1/2 hours away. called the dealership and was put in touch with Hannah. The sales group was professional and quick. They weren't willing to budge on price though. The vehicle didn't have floor mats and they weren't willing to give me any.
