I was disappointed that the dealer would not accept
outside financing and they would not give me as good of a rate as my credit union. I was then lied to I was told I could not refinance the loan for 6
outside financing and they would not give me as good of a rate as my credit union. I was then lied to I was told I could not refinance the loan for 6 months without penalty and I found that to be a lie after reading the finance paperwork when I hot home. I'm sure it's because they want to make money on the inflated interest rate.

No need, live and learn. And, I've learned your company is the worst possible place to buy a vehicle. Nothing has gone smooth. Can'r set up my payment account thru ALLY, and they don't know what the hell is going. You're the worst vehicle experience I've ever had!!

Not only did we sit in the dealership for hours to be told they had a new manager that started that day and didn’t feel comfortable doing the finance
Not only did we sit in the dealership for hours to be told they had a new manager that started that day and didn’t feel comfortable doing the finance paperwork because the finance person wasnt there. Instead of letting us know hours before. We then had to come in the next morning (when my paramedic husband had to be at work. We arrived at opening, which we told them the day before because my husband’s station would be understaffed. We sat there for ANOTHER hour. After asking if they could throw in a couple oil changes for our inconvenience, they said no we don’t do that. Asked about maybe a gas gift card or something. They said no. The day after we brought the car home the oil light came on! I posted a review and was called to have them say they would fill up the cars tank if we changed the review. If the car didn’t even have an oil change how can they be trusted to have actually looked at the car and did maintenance before selling. That question was answered after only having the car a week. The transmission started messing up, it is undrivable, is back at the dealership, and they were going to make us pay half for the part! Will NEVER go back to this shady dealership, and after researching more throughly and speaking with a past employee, they cut corners, don’t do their jobs, and take peoples money. They should be shut down.
