Excellent & fast service! I was greeted by a nice young lady almost immediately & she directed me to the person that would be writing up the sevice order. I was told there w I was greeted by a nice young lady almost immediately & she directed me to the person that would be writing up the sevice order. I was told there would be no charges because it was the first oil change since I purchased my car at Gosh Ford. I was asked if I'd like my car washed & I was invited to wait in the customer service lounge for the hour I was told it would be until the service was completed. It was a nice customer lounge & very comfortable. The many flavor choices of coffee was nice & the popcorn was especially nice for customers with children waiting with them. The oil change & car wash was finished much faster than the predicted hour. I left Gosh Ford a happy customer! More
