I bought a vehicle in Aug. 2019. I only bought it because I was told the brakes (that everyone agreed at the time needed work) WOULD BE FIXED. This is almost Christmas and they are not fixed. I went to service department 3 times with the issue. The 1st time they turned the rotors and said "if you have to come back we'll just replace them" I didnt make it home before it happened again! Made another appointment sat for couple hours for them to come out and say nothing was wrong. They should have simply replaced the rotors and possibly brakes the 1st time! The salesman just blowing smoke and block me on FB. Also after they didnt fix the issue he blocked my phone. He is ABSOLUTELY nothing but a liar. Service department is an ABSOLUTE joke and Kurt lied to my face about "we'll make sure your happy" they are out to sell you the vehicle then run you around. Iv wasted enough time with them. We are looking for a car for my wife now. NOT at Wilson County dealership. We're going anywhere but, here. Please dont let them waste your time and lie to you. Simply pass the dealership and go to a different one. I have contacted a laywer and I have to meet her this next week to give her the paperwork that states the brakes will be fixed. Please keep on looking. Do not shop here. More

Even when we thought the deal was unobtainable, the finance professionla picked up the phone and got it done. You do not see that very often anymore. Even down to the detailers that cleaned up my new truck and had it shined and ready to go, this whole team has knows what customer service and satisfaction means. Awesome experience... Brandon Vaden was our sales rep and his heart is in his job to say the least. He is an extremely pleasant person to deal with and will gladly answer any question you have and with his run down of features on the vehicle, he will most the time answer them before you ask, which is hard to find these days. The dealership itself seems to be set up and run like a well oiled machine, which is also hard to find. We visited a two dealerships prior to this one in our search and both of them seemed to have issues knowing where their cars were, that's pretty sad. Brandon knew we were coming and had the vehicle pulled around and waiting for us. Brandon works in a separate part of the building(internet sales)so you need to specifically ask for him, his professionalism and knowledge is spot on. We live in Clarksville TN, but the drive to the dealership is well worth the time. More
