I was in search for Toyota Highlander Hybrid and found the perfect car I was looking for. Angelo was a great sales representative and talked to me with great respect, communicated excellently and I truly the perfect car I was looking for. I live over an hour away from the dealership and I needed to make multiple visits to the location and Angelo communicated with me at all times of the day. Angelo provided an above and beyond service. Unfortunately, we had a terrible, unpleasant and rude encounter with his manager by the name of Frank (Bald, little stocky and short). Frank was condescending with a terrible tone towards me and my friend. My friend and I discussed and decided to cancel everything altogether. Had it not been for Angelo's utmost respect for us after our encounter, we were out the door. Frank is supposedly a manager and I am shocked how he can be with the entitlement he showed us and the way he treated us - making us feel disrespected, unwelcome and a bit racist. He spoke from the tip of his nose and huffing and puffing how he has been doing this job for 30 years - at the end of that conversation, he was proven to be factually wrong. I was financing outside the dealership and was giving the financing firm I was going through the wiring instructions to send the money. This bald head had the audacity to come to me and tell me NOT to send the money and that he had another interested party. This was in the eleventh hour right before going into to see the finance officer and sign the documents. Angelo calmed me and my friend down again. We truly appreciate Angelo for his character and respect. If anything, Angelo should be the manager and get this bald head, Frank, out. Had it not been for Angelo, I would never have bought the car or stepped a foot on that facility. More
