We were between multiple vehicles and Tom and the whole team at Raymond provided us everything we needed to make the right decision while putting no pressure or stress on us. They even encouraged us to bring our dog over and everyone was super excited to see her. We’ve been to a lot of car dealerships in the past few months but this was a standout experience and we will absolutely be considering Raymond dealerships for any future cars we buy! More

My experience at Raymond Kia was great. I had talked to around 10 dealers and every one of them said the price at Raymond wasn’t real and they can’t even match that price. They said they we I had talked to around 10 dealers and every one of them said the price at Raymond wasn’t real and they can’t even match that price. They said they were going to bait and switch me. I called prior to going, they assured me all the numbers were accurate. Walked in, test drove the car, showed them the numbers I was looking at and they said “deal”. I requested a slight alteration to the monthly/down payment and they adjusted it with no issue. After everything was done and I was ready to leave, Tom mentioned he saw a small dent on the hood of the car (it’s new) and he wrote me up a piece of paper to get it repaired free of charge. I never even noticed it. It goes to show that they were a very honest salesman and dealership. They could have let me drive away and claimed it happened after I left the lot. I’m still working on getting some all-season floor mats from Tom, but he’s one tough cookie with that one. Maybe he’ll surprise me when I go in to have the small dent repaired. 😁 More
