The minute I started the buying process, he was there to help and answer alot of questions without ever changing his demeanor or acting sales-y. The finance team was thuroufh and didn't oversell anything and even said "you don't need that and I wouldn't recommend buying it unless you want it" The service team is the icing on the cake Nate has this shop running like a well oiled machine and EVERY.SINGLE.PERSON. I dealt with today was friendly, knowledgeable and went above/beyond to ensure everything was right. I will never shop for another vehicle at another place for as long as they are in business! 10000000% recommend Max Motors Ford in Harrisonville MO!! More
