When I arrived for my first test drive which was on a weeknight evening, I was greeted promptly at the door and met with Justin and Chris. Took a test drive, really knew I "liked" the car but felt I needed to drive it during the daytime to be sure. Chris and Justin were very understanding, said they wanted me to only buy the car if I was sure. They worked up some numbers for me and after more discussion of where I needed to be payment wise etc Chris gave me his best offer on my trade and his best deal on the Mini. They knew I wouldn't be buying it that night but I said I'd be back to test drive in the daytime when I could as long as it was still there. They weren't sure as it could be headed to auction etc, which I understood. I was going away that weekend so wasn't able to get there in daylight hours. Anita called me Friday and I explained this as well. In the meantime I used their "best deal" to do some more shopping around online etc, and just couldn't beat their deal and their Mini was in pristine condition. Then much to my surprise Anita called me again on Tuesday evening and said she had good news. The next day I spoke with Justin and the mini was still there, I said I'd be in first thing Saturday morning for a 2nd test drive! No one ever made me feel overly pressured, they wanted me to be happy with the Mini and happy with the overall transaction. I was, and still am.... I absolutely love my car and know I was given a great deal. Stephen in financing thoroughly explained things and made the monotonous mountain of paperwork signing fun. Really can't thank everyone enough, what a great team! Will definitely recommend to friends and family for their car purchases. More

Impressed I was impressed with my experience at Lester Glenn Chevy of Freehold. Dominic, Alex, and Stephen all worked hard to locate the truck I was looking for I was impressed with my experience at Lester Glenn Chevy of Freehold. Dominic, Alex, and Stephen all worked hard to locate the truck I was looking for. A late delivery ended up having the truck I bought. It was almost closing time when we got it there. I kept them there until almost midnight, never once did I feel rushed. I told them I’d pick the truck up the next day but they insisted I get to drive it home that night. Dominic and Stephen washed the truck themselves...in dress shoes! Even after getting soaking wet at 11 o’clock at night everyone was all smiles and good attitudes! They found the truck I wanted, for a price I was willing to pay, they gave me what I wanted for my trade and I actually had fun joking around with them almost the whole time doing it. I will make Lester Glenn Chevy of Freehold my first stop for my next Chevy purchase. More

They actually had the vehicle I wanted waiting for me. They had the vehicle moved from Toms River to Freehold without any personal information or money. Upon arrival I met Seth, a manger who introduced me to my salesman Justin who took me thru the sales process. Seth would check in during the process to make sure things were going smoothly. After a short test drive, I was introduced to the finance manager Dominic. The sales process was easy, no pressure or stress. These people REALLY want to sell cars. I got the vehicle I wanted at a very reasonable prices, which was a loaded 2018 Silverado 1500. The only negative thing was the dealer installed options for an additional 1800.00, which was removed from the sales price upon balking without issue. I would go back and purchase another vehicle from these men without hesitation. More
