No one has tried to make us buy anything or twisted our words, which is much more than I can say for other dealerships. We will definitely be continuing our relationship with the Jim Ellis family of dealerships whether we choose to keep buying Mazdas or not. The salespeople are friendly, genuinely helpful, and respectful. The finance department personnel are also eager to find the best way to help you have the payments that work for you, not just what you can barely afford. More
