Great car buying experience, great sales help. Atef was very accommodating in helping me decide on the best car for my disability that will help me as my condition gets worse. I also needed somethi Atef was very accommodating in helping me decide on the best car for my disability that will help me as my condition gets worse. I also needed something that could assist in my upcoming move. With his knowledge he was able to point key differences between the forester and outback, specifically the towing capacity. Explaining that the outback can haul 1,700 more pounds in weight despite the cargo areas looking similar. Also explaining how the 2.5i and 3.6R engines can tow the same weight because of the gearing in the all wheel drive and torque distribution to the wheels that they can tow the same weight but I’ll see a much better gas mileage with the 2.5i for towing and how I would use the vehicle. Not to mention the gas mileage will be a definite improvement when I’m not towing. Over all, I think the 0-60MPH difference between the engines are 1.2 seconds. The 4 cylinder has great pep and feel with better savings in the future in gas costs. He made sure to go go over all the details of the car and explain every feature and the difference in the settings before I left the lot even in the rain while staying late. Then followed up with me a few days later to see if I had any other questions or concerns. You don’t want to buy a car your won’t be happy with, he makes sure the car you buy will meet your needs and wants being able to answer the questions you have. The whole experiance never felt pushing just for the sale. It was more about the customer being happy. Over all a great experiance, well informed and very knowledgeable sales person about the cars he sells to help you make a decision you will be happy with. This is my third Subaru from this dealership, I may drive back to Ohio when I need another in the future instead of dealing with a new dealership. Thanks, Scott More

Service Review Brought car to dealership because it was the closest dealership and car needed to be checked out right away. No available shuttle service to downtown Brought car to dealership because it was the closest dealership and car needed to be checked out right away. No available shuttle service to downtown Columbus. Was told the dealership does not offer loaner cars, but I could try to rent a car at my expense. Decided to wait. After about 1.5 hours, I checked to see what problems a technician found with my car. I was told that a technician hadn't seen the car yet to provide a diagnosis. Was told a technician may get to my car in about another hour. Very disappointing experience. More
