I scheduled my service appointment two weeks in advance for an oil leak, Auto Start/Stop warning, tire rotation, and a recall repair. While I understand repairs can be expensive and rental availability for an oil leak, Auto Start/Stop warning, tire rotation, and a recall repair. While I understand repairs can be expensive and rental availability during a holiday weekend was limited, my disappointment was with the lack of communication. Over several days, I made numerous phone calls, visited the dealership multiple times, and repeatedly received promises of callbacks that either never came or came too late to provide any useful information. I was left without my vehicle, without transportation, and without clear updates over a holiday weekend. Throughout the process, I also received conflicting information regarding my repair authorization, rental coverage, and the status of my vehicle, which made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. My vehicle was ultimately returned with 1 out of 4 scheduled repairs completed. The overall customer service experience fell far below my expectations. Better communication, follow-through, and accountability would have made all the difference. More
