I had an appointment for service on my car. It was 2 days later after my appointment and I didn’t receive a call. When I called to check my service advisor was not available. On the 3rd day I asked to speak to a manager. My service advisor then took my call. However, I was advised that my car had not been locked at.and she couldn’t give me a timeframe when that would be done. This was disappointing. I took my car in for service during my vacation hoping that it would be ready before I would need my car to go to work. Advisor didn’t check to see if any of the repairs were covered under warranty and this caused further delays in getting back to me. Services were lousy this time and the previous time. More

After my first brand new Jeep broke down the 1st time I drove it to work, they went above & beyond to make things right. They dropped off a loaner car the next morning. I scheduled my service appointment two weeks in advance for an oil leak, Auto Start/Stop warning, tire rotation, and a recall repair. While I understand repairs can be expensive and rental availability during a holiday weekend was limited, my disappointment was with the lack of communication. Over several days, I made numerous phone calls, visited the dealership multiple times, and repeatedly received promises of callbacks that either never came or came too late to provide any useful information. I was left without my vehicle, without transportation, and without clear updates over a holiday weekend. Throughout the process, I also received conflicting information regarding my repair authorization, rental coverage, and the status of my vehicle, which made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. My vehicle was ultimately returned with 1 out of 4 scheduled repairs completed. The overall customer service experience fell far below my expectations. Better communication, follow-through, and accountability would have made all the difference. More
