After my first brand new Jeep broke down the 1st time I drove it to work, they went above & beyond to make things right. They dropped off a loaner car the next morning. customer service was terrible. wouldn't give me a 2nd key fob. advertised navigation but didn't have a chip for me. called thek out on their bull and they proceeded to ignore me un wouldn't give me a 2nd key fob. advertised navigation but didn't have a chip for me. called thek out on their bull and they proceeded to ignore me until I got a high end manager to help. he still made excuses for the salesman and his actions. csr had misaligned hood when I bought it. advertised no accidents but sure looks like an accident from photos taken before auction. horrible experience.
