I brought truck in for oil cooler line leak. Service adviser instructed tech to look for coolant leak. Adviser never checked in with me in waiting room only sent text which I replied to that the Service adviser instructed tech to look for coolant leak. Adviser never checked in with me in waiting room only sent text which I replied to that the are looking for an oil leak. When truck was ready they never looked for oil leak or repaired it. I was told they didn’t notice any leak but the oil spots on my driveway tell a different story. I was told I would need to reschedule to have that looked at. This is the second time I have had issues at this dealership with them not listening to what the problem they are supposed to be diagnosing is. Needless to say it won’t happen again because I will not be bringing any vehicles there again. More
