buying a car is never easy. but these guys were great. carl’s assistant anna was the only call i returned in getting this process going. i was able to speak w/carl during that s but these guys were great. carl’s assistant anna was the only call i returned in getting this process going. i was able to speak w/carl during that same call, i had an appointment for that following morning and drove away in the afternoon with what is now my new ‘23 highlander platinum. meeting jonathan and his knowledgeable staff was meant to be as it all lined up . from scheduling w/anna, working with carl, meeting jonathan and sitting down with reggie in finance, it’s about as good as it gets! so thank you TV Toyota! would highly recommend!
