Anne Marie Piserchia was my service advisor for several issues including an air leak into the gas tank. She was very accommodating and professional. When the problem was identified and it would take severa issues including an air leak into the gas tank. She was very accommodating and professional. When the problem was identified and it would take several days to obtain the part and perform the repair, she was able to get me a loaner without any ado. In my experience, no other BMW dealer would provide a loaner unless I requested one way in advance and would be forced to rent a car. It turns out I had to bring the car back again a week later because the fuel gauge was giving an erroneous reading of the amount of fuel consumed. She stayed until after hours to get me a loaner the same day. She made what would’ve been a very stressful experience very pleasant. More
