I was greeted with kind respect and very puntual. Over all I was very happy at the fact that the technician pointed out things on my almost 20 year old vehicle that needed attention. I actually dropped off my car at my mechanic immediately and they are performing those services at a fraction of the price. Thankfully I am an expert at this so one of the services that the technician pointed out was that he thought my oil pan gasket could be the reason it was leaking when in fact it was the o ring in the CPV OIL VALVE THAT WAS CAUSING THAT LEAK. I offer my sincere thanks to the recall service but I never take vehicles to the dealer for any service. They are simply to not expensive and they look at us like we are fools and don’t know anything about cars. Thankfully I do.

Thank you for the kind and care for my vehicle. Everyone at the dealer was a pleasure to be around with. I didn’t have to wait around for ever for my car. Technician is a very highly educated mechanically inclined individual that pointed out repairable items on my drivetrain and engine. Thank you for your service once again. After I picked up my car on my way home I found that I
left my home keys in the loaner car. It was 5 pm and I tried to contact my services agent or anybody else but no one pick up the .it update me becau

Finally I contact the front desk that send one of the managers to find my keys. It was very close. That’s not the first time that happened to me , part of the service is someone to pick up the phone but apparently you don’t have enough personnel despite the facts you charge more than $200 an hour for maintenance. Please approve your customer service. I’m with you more than 25?years and the service isn’t improving.
