Great service but. It always seems to happen to me every time. I go to pick up my car and it always takes longer than it should. This time couldn’t find the key. Unscheduled service - walk in, bulb replacement. Service was unscheduled, however, both Anna and John were very accommodating. I was promptly attended to and work was completed within a short time. Excellent Dealership I've been leasing BMW's with Lori Asserson for approx. 20 years.& she's the reason I continue doing business with this dealership. She's the best, & I've been leasing BMW's with Lori Asserson for approx. 20 years.& she's the reason I continue doing business with this dealership. She's the best, & works very hard at getting the car, color, model & price range that meets my needs. I recommend her to family & friends constantly. She is also a very intelligent & caring person, & as long as she's there I will continue to return. The service dept. is also tops & I've been dealing with Anna Marie Piserchia for about 15 years now, who makes it a pleasurable experience. She sees to it that my time is important to me & makes sure she expedites the process quickly & most importantly, accurately. Working with her is a joy. Lastly, there is Anthony Circelli the service manager, who sees to it that everything is taken care of & always follows up with an email to see if the service was satisfactory. He left for a while & was missed, but he's back with all his energy & enthusiasm, a great move by the company. JC More
