Excellent, efficient and friendly service Upon arrival, i was greeted by the service manager, Clay Vieni. He then passed me onto Anna Piserchia, who processed me within minutes, and invited m Upon arrival, i was greeted by the service manager, Clay Vieni. He then passed me onto Anna Piserchia, who processed me within minutes, and invited me to have some breakfast in the lounge. 5 minutes later I was telephoned and told of work needed on my car. When i went down to service, the loaner paperwork was done in mnutes and I was escorted to a brand new x5 loaner and was on my way within 15 mintues of arrival. In the spirit of constructive feedback, I requested details on 4 tires and alignment and pricing for both was rather inflated versus the same work from a tire dealer directly. Also, it became clear that tire rotation (front to back) which would have helped preserve and even tire wear is not something even suggested, much less done, during interval services. Now that I've gotten the tires from another source, and rotation is included, perhaps I'll get better mileage from them. No complaints about my service advisor, I'd absolutely recommend working with her. More
