A friend of mine found a used 2020 Silverado 2500hd that Panama City Toyota had listed on their lot. He told me to go in and talk with Anna about the truck. I came in to see it but Anna was busy with another customer so I ended up working with a salesman named Reid Wynn. Reid was excellent to work with! He was very professional and helpful in making my decision to purchase the vehicle. Once me and Reid had made the deal he handed me over to Nathan who helped us finish up all the paperwork and drive my new truck home. I started with a female named Anna, really a pleasant person with a great deal of knowledge of how your business is run. She had a prior project she was working on and handed me over to a salesman named Reid Wynn. Most salesmen typically run me off just by their demeanor, but Reid took the time to listen to my needs and then made a couple if not several suggestions of what could suit me the best. The entire time I spent with Reid I felt as though I was paired with the right individual. I got there late and the entire crew stayed after hours to help get the job done. If it wasn't for Reid I don't believe I would have bought the vehicle. I am not sure what his title is in the company, but I am sure his talent is being underutilized. After all was said and done, I spoke with Reid and asked if he would ever consider a different career field. His answer was he felt loyal to Panama City Toyota. I think he would do well in the Fire Service, for that matter any career he chose. I hope this message finds the right people who will look into this asset of their company.
