Got my car serviced and it came back with scratching on both sides where they serviced it (tire rotation) and I check my car out before I take it ANYWHERE. When I voiced my concern matt the man who service both sides where they serviced it (tire rotation) and I check my car out before I take it ANYWHERE. When I voiced my concern matt the man who serviced my vehicle came to me with a body shop card instantly and shut my concern down by stating the car must’ve been like that to begin with. No one seems to want to fix the situation or even handle it in the slightest. Customer service RUDE and service times are unacceptable for someone who had to make appointments. I have NEVER had good service from Panama City Toyota and neither has my father but we had the care package for free service up to 30,000 miles so we put up with it until now, I will be taking my service else where. More
