Smooth and Professional Car Buying Experience I came across my dream car on the cargurus website and it caught my attention from how perfect the condition of the car was. I contacted Gloucester Toyota immediately and was greeted by Anne Earman. She sent all the details to me and even provided a multiple videos of the car so I can see the car. Since I live in New York and the dealership is located in Virginia, I was able to see everything on the car before I made the trip down. Before my arrival, Tommy Wheat contacted me and was willing to pick me up from the train station even though it was a 30 minute drive and bring us to the dealership to finalize the purchase. Once I arrived, I was greeted by everyone. I saw my car and knew it was perfect. The car was in amazing condition and was even serviced before I got there. I Signed the papers and headed back up to NY in my new baby!! I highly recommend Gloucester Toyota! More

Internet price I was in contact with Anne Earman, their internet sales manager. Despite being close to finish a sale with another dealer I asked her for an "out of t I was in contact with Anne Earman, their internet sales manager. Despite being close to finish a sale with another dealer I asked her for an "out of the door" price and she was very fast to reply and gave me a price which was about $500 better. No pressure, her price was good until the end of the month. I contacted the other dealer where I had done all my test drives and surprisingly they matched the price so I bought the car. I only did it to be fair to the sales person who worked with me. I explained this to Anne and she understood and did not have a problem with that. I think this is quite remarkable and shows real customer care. Next time I will shop at Gloucester Toyota first. More

Johnson met us at the door when we arrived, let us test drive the vehicle and walked us through every phase of the purchase. There was absolutely no pressure or hard sell of any add-ons at any stage of the purchase. We were very impressed with J.J.'s patience, professionalism, and most of all, his integrity. Thanks, J.J.! The 2013 vehicle with under 40K miles is like new - it was a perfect fit for us. We have enjoyed driving our "new" vehicle for over a month now and have been pleased with a couple follow-up visits as well. We are always treated fairly and with respect and courtesy. More
